Fulfillment Policy

Appficiency Inc., KwizCom Corporation, and ProvisionPoint Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our”) are leading providers of Oracle NetSuite, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 productivity and governance solutions, offering add-ons, apps, and professional services that enhance collaboration, data management, and process automation. Our offerings include digital software products, annual subscriptions, and consulting services tailored to business needs.
We currently support payments in the following currencies:
CAD, USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, and DKK.
Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), wire transfer, and cheque as methods of payment.
We provide digital software products, subscriptions, and related services. Upon receipt of payment, fulfillment is processed as follows:
- Software Products and Subscriptions
Delivery is typically fulfilled within 1-7 business days. Customers will receive confirmation and activation details via the email address associated with the purchase. All products are delivered electronically; no physical items are shipped. - Professional Services (e.g., Training, Implementation)
A team member will contact you within 1–2 business days to coordinate scheduling and service delivery. These services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed upon.
We will use reasonable efforts to provide continuous access to subscribed products, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and updates may occasionally affect availability and will be communicated in advance when possible.
All fees are non-refundable, except where required by law or otherwise explicitly agreed in writing. This includes:
- Software Subscriptions
As per our Terms and Conditions, subscription fees are billed annually in advance and automatically renew unless canceled in writing at least 30 days prior to renewal. Subscriptions may not be canceled mid-term for a refund. - Professional Services
Services may be rescheduled or canceled with 48 hours’ written notice. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be non-refundable at KWizCom’s discretion.
